IPS vs Youtube Has a Case Number

Hello:

This legal battle with Youtube (Google LLC doing business as Youtube) and Marcus Goldfinch (cyber-stalker, hacker, copyright infringer) will finally get a hearing. Here are a few highlights for any that are new to this:

1. I sued Youtube in 2018. This was in small claims over MG’s trademark infringements. He was claiming ownership of my content and having the IPS channels pulled. He bragged about it in an email which I submitted as evidence. I even have a copy of the email he sent to Youtube’s legal department to commit this fraud. That filing never got a trial because of jurisdiction issues.

2. Earlier in 2023, he hacked five of my social media and related accounts including an old Gmail.

3. Since late 2017, he has been a nuisance, attempted blackmailer, stalker, harasser, and serial cybersquatter who has made it a personal mission to destroy the IPS.

4. I am suing Google/Youtube because they enabled this.

5. Marcus Goldfinch is a White House Press Corps member known as “George News,” a postmortem reboot of JFK Jr’s magazine. Additionally, he is a top QAnon influencer and “extremely close” friend of Garrett Zeigler, who is being sued by Hunter Biden for hacking and defamation. Marcus Goldfinch is an unnamed defendant in that case.

Summary: I filed a civil suit in the appropriate venue for five million dollars, one for each year they enabled the imposter, hacker, infringer, stalker, and character assassin to own my space on their platform.
