Not only could he make great epic films, but he really knew how to do "special effects" when blowing things up.

Did Kubrick also completely stage and direct the "plane crash at the Pentagon" event on 9/11? Fantastic!!! With no support from DoD , the Pentagon brass, NORAD or the USAF.
