I received proof of service. I had Marcus served at ICU LLC, the company that does business as MarcoPolo501c3. They are known for hacking Hunter Biden’s laptop. Marcus Goldfinch is one of the dozen defendants lurking behind Garret Zeigler, whose defense relies on his claim that he’s not a hacker. Sure, he’s not a hacker. But Marcus is a hacker and these two are “extremely good friends” according to Zeigler. Both of them served in the Trump White House, Zeigeler as an aide and Goldfinch as a member of the White House Press Corp.

I’m planning the next step. The judge ordered this along with my amended complaint. I have met both conditions and the trial will move ahead.
