I'm having the Internet Services restored shortly. Thank you again. The filing was submitted last night and accepted today.

The reason for the recent disruption was a FEDEX from the court giving me ten days to clarify my cause to insist that Google was negligent. I provided that clarity and a massively expanded claim including mutiple exhibits with evidence to support my claims. I’d like to request a summary judgement.

Next step: serving MG at the headquarters for ICU LLC. It’s already arranged. I’m making a payment tomorrow.
