$5 million civil lawsuit against Google-Youtube and Marcus Goldfinch
Things are moving fast as we approach the conclusion of a six year legal fight.
Here’s a summation of the status of the $5 million civil lawsuit against Google-Youtube and Marcus Goldfinch:
At the request of the Judge I filed an amended complaint to specify why Google-Youtube is liable for damages incurred by Marcus Goldfinch. I added several paragraphs of clairification to each cause of action plus three exhibits:
Marcus Goldfinch’s confessional email and the fraudulent impersonation email he sent to Youtube’s legal department.
A list of videos he took down with false DMCA notices (each one an act of fraud).
Evidence of his defamation campaign on Youtube using an impersonation account.
WHAT’S NEXT?
SERVING GOLDFINCH: I have about three weeks to attempt to serve Marcus Goldfinch. I have a good address (finally) and simply have to pay a process server. Should this next attempt fail, the court will assist in serving by other means.
SUMMARY JUDGEMENT: The facts of the case are not disputed. Google’s attorney agreed in their response and attempt to dismiss my claim that the “fraud” did happen but that it wasn’t their fault. Given this, I can motion for a summary judgement—I’ll ask the judge to rule on the matter without awaiting a trial since nobody disagrees that a crime happened.
Google attempted to squirrel out of taking responsiblity by suggesting they were “tricked” by Goldfinch as I first asserted. However, I realized I can’t know if they were tricked or complicit so I am now emphatically stating they are complicit. Just how complicit is to be determined by requesting the email exchanges between parties
The fact they agreed it was an act of “trickery” means they agreed it happened. This fact is no longer disputed. This is basis for a summary judgement.
I have fallen behind on a few business expenses but it was necessasary for me to allocate my time to this matter. As to this court case I have to pay a process server and send a few envelopes and then it’s a matter of patience. The longest we’ll have to wait is the pre-trial case management meeting, but given the recent amended filing in July, it may resolve much sooner.
WHY THIS CASE MATTERS:
IPS is a censored podcast which was censored by a government connected operative colluding with Youtube.
Youtube was already attempting to censor channels like mine on behalf Big Mind Control.
The IPS’s growth was impeded. We certainly overcame the obstacles as they came but the scale of our operation was effectively constrained. This victory represents an opportunity to hit back and make up for lost time.
The IPS exposed a government Psyop operative connected to the Qanon operation in progress. This case can expose how the Q movement was run out of the Trump White House and reveal the full extent of the manipulation of the “truther” and MAGA movements by this Psyop.
This case is the first step to criminally indicting Marcus Goldfinch and whomever at Youtube’s legal department that helped him.
