Dropping an ACPA Damage Complaint on Goldfinch

Hello,

I'm preparing to re-file my Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act ("ACPA") based damage complaint against Marcus Goldfinch.

I filed it before but was unable to serve him. In the meantime, I've improved the filing and it's a 33-page monster. There is no trial required. It's a damage complaint. I can demonstrate malice which can mean treble damages.

Long story short: I expect the total to be greater than 300k. This is just the ACPA filing. I still have civil suits and criminal complaints to pursue.

I'm going to be up late working on this and preparing to drop it.

I have all the evidence needed to convict Marcus Goldfinch/ George News, “extremely good friend”, of Garret Zeigler of aggravated cyber-stalking. His own braggadocious email rants establish malice:
